High Temperature Lanthanated Molybdenum Rod Diameter 0.5mm to 120mm Vacuum Furnace
We produces lanthanated molybdenum rod grade MoLa. The MoLa rods are targeted for higher temperature applications where ductility is retained after recrystallization for material with smaller cross sections.
Lanthanated molybdenum rod is produced with random lengths or cut to customized lengths. There are three different surface processes or finishes which are provided, depending on the desired end use of the molybdenum rod.
Appearance of MoLa Molybdenum Rods:
Divided forging MoLa molybdenum rod and polished Mola molybdenum rod; forging MoLamolybdenum rod surface is allowed to have oxidize film and slight forging hammer mark; polished MoLa molybdenum rod surface presents metallic luster and has no oxidized phenomenon notably; The two surfaces have no defects, such as divided layer, crackle, burr and vertical crackle, etc.
Characteristics of MoLa Molybdenum Rods:
1) Purity: Mo≥99.95%;
2) Density: ≥10.2g/cm3;
3) The highest temperature: 2300°C.
4) Dimension: Mo-1 Φ0.5 - 120 × L mm
MoLa Rods Applications:
1) Grid,Anodes,and parts of vacuum tubes
2) Hot working mould,melting glassfiber electrodes and the support for sintering special ceramic products.
3) To work dense molybdenum,for example ,Mo wire and sheets,etc.
Lathanated Molybdenum Rod Surface Finish:
Black - Surface is "as swaged" or "as drawn"; retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.
Cleaned - Surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
Ground - Surface is centerless ground to remove all coating and to achieve precise diameter control.
