TZM alloy can be produced into nuts, washer, bolts, screws and other parts which are widely used in high temperature atmosphere. TZM nuts are available in both inch and metric sizes. The most popular shape is the hex.

Application temperature environment:1500~1800
Recrystallization Temperature: 1425 to 1595C
Stress-Relief Temperature: 1 hour at 1095 to 1260C
Liquidus Temperature: 2620C
